The Visualize Group has completed its acquisition of eCOGRA, bringing the gaming testing and compliance provider together with BMM Testlabs as the private investment firm builds a broader testing, inspection, certification and compliance platform for regulated gaming.
New York-based Visualize said the transaction closed on 28 September 2026 following receipt of customary regulatory approvals and clearances. The acquisition was originally announced on 30 June, while financial terms have not been disclosed.
eCOGRA provides testing, inspection, certification and compliance services to the regulated gaming industry. Following completion, it joins BMM Testlabs, which Visualize acquired earlier in 2026, giving the investment firm a platform spanning both digital and land-based gaming markets.
The combined businesses now hold licences or accreditations in more than 800 jurisdictions, including nearly every jurisdiction globally with legal, regulated gaming. Visualize said that footprint positions the platform to support gaming suppliers entering newly regulated markets from the point those markets open.
The completion also coincides with the G2E industry event in Las Vegas and the SBC Summit in Lisbon, where BMM and eCOGRA leaders are making their first joint appearance following the transaction, meeting customers, suppliers and regulators.

The acquisition advances Visualize's strategy of building a larger testing, inspection, certification and compliance platform in regulated gaming. Combining eCOGRA with BMM brings together businesses operating across digital and land-based markets while expanding the resources available for technology, capacity and services supporting regulatory compliance.
The more than 800-jurisdiction footprint is particularly relevant as regulated gaming expands into additional markets. It gives the combined platform broad coverage from which to serve suppliers navigating different testing, certification and regulatory requirements.
For Visualize, the transaction also fits its wider investment focus on mission-critical service businesses, including companies operating in regulated markets.
