Corporate Finance & M&A
Mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, capital markets and transaction advisory.
The Finance Gazette Global Excellence Awards recognise exceptional expertise, commercial achievement and innovation among firms, teams and individuals across international markets.
Our inaugural 2027 programme welcomes established institutions, independent advisory firms, specialist practices and emerging businesses. Recognition is intended to reflect the quality of achievements rather than the size or profile of an organisation.
THE PROGRAMME
Recognition may be considered by specialism, jurisdiction and relevant market across six principal areas.
Mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, capital markets and transaction advisory.
Corporate law, banking and finance, litigation, arbitration, restructuring and specialist legal advisory.
Banking, lending, payments, financial infrastructure, regulatory expertise and specialist financial services.
Asset management, private wealth, institutional investment, alternatives and investment advisory.
Audit, accounting, taxation, consulting, valuations, transaction support and turnaround advisory.
Financial technology, digital payments, financial software, automation and innovation in professional services.
Categories may be introduced, amended, combined or withheld where appropriate.
SCOPE OF RECOGNITION
The Finance Gazette Global Excellence Awards 2027 recognise outstanding achievement across three complementary areas of professional excellence, reflecting the diversity of international finance, law and business advisory.
Recognising exceptional firms, organisations and professionals demonstrating outstanding achievement, leadership and influence across international markets.
Celebrating outstanding professional achievement within individual countries and geographic markets, recognising firms and advisers making a significant contribution within their jurisdictions.
Recognising exceptional expertise and achievement in specialist disciplines, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, arbitration, private client advisory, taxation, valuations and other professional services.
Recognition is determined by the nature and merits of professional achievements. Award classifications reflect geographic scope or specialist expertise, rather than organisational size or commercial participation.
