Audria Group has acquired Tandem Property Asset Management, giving the technology-driven real estate services platform its first presence in the UK and adding Tandem as the fifth company in the group. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Tandem, founded in 2017 and headquartered in London, employs 108 professionals and operates across six UK cities. Its services include property and asset management, financial management, ESG and destination marketing. The business will continue to operate under its existing brand and management team following the transaction.

The acquisition extends Audria’s existing Nordic and Baltic platform into the UK. Tandem joins Newsec, Novier, Sveaviken PM and Avy within a group comprising more than 2,600 professionals and managing real estate assets valued at more than €100 billion. Audria was established by Swedish investors Pejoni and Fidelio Capital.
