Lumson has completed two acquisitions in the United States and Asia, expanding the Italian cosmetics packaging group's international operations across Europe, North America and Asia.

Through its US subsidiary Lumson USA, the group acquired Lombardi Design and Manufacturing, a US-based specialist in primary packaging for cosmetics. Lumson S.p.A. also acquired 100% of Lombardi Design & MFG Limited, a business operating in Asia. Financial terms of both transactions were not disclosed.

The acquisitions strengthen Lumson's international manufacturing and commercial platform, extending its ability to serve beauty and personal care customers across major geographic markets. The US acquisition increases its proximity to North American customers, while the Asian business provides a direct presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Lombardi Design and Manufacturing will retain its existing name and brand. Carl Lombardi will remain chief executive, providing management and operational continuity as the business becomes part of Lumson Group.

The transactions were coordinated internally by Lumson's M&A team, led by Vice President Francesco dell'Elmo, with Board Member Paolo Mancini supporting the financing arrangements.
