APCOA Deutschland GmbH has acquired German parking services provider Parken & Management GmbH, strengthening its parking management and monitoring operations while expanding its customer base in Germany. The acquisition was announced on 9 October 2026, with financial terms undisclosed.

The transaction adds Parken & Management's technology-enabled parking solutions and established customer relationships to APCOA's existing operations. The acquired business has operated in Germany for almost a decade, serving retail parks, airports, commercial properties and other private facilities.

Parken & Management specialises in digital parking management and monitoring systems designed to simplify parking operations. Its capabilities complement APCOA's existing technology portfolio, including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems used in parking management.

APCOA operates more than 1.8 million parking spaces across approximately 13,000 locations in 11 European countries. The company has been owned by US private equity firm Strategic Value Partners (SVP) since 2024.

Following the acquisition, Parken & Management will continue operating as an independent company within APCOA Germany, retaining its identity and existing customer relationships. Managing Director Werner Nuoffer will work with both businesses during the transition.
